Jason is a career property professional and joins the NIS team with over 20 years of sales, development and investment experience. After completing studies at university in commerce and accounting, Jason was immediately attracted to the real estate industry and commenced a career with LJ Hooker in Canberra. A successful dealing with a local property developer lead Jason to transfer to Sydney where he specialised in the development and sales of inner city apartments, including some now land mark high rise buildings.
During the rise of mortgage broking in the 2000’s, Jason combined his real estate dealings and broking credentials into an investor service business and has focussed on the investor market Australia wide since. The business was sold in 2010 but the desire to continue assisting clients remained. Over the past eight years Jason has assisted hundreds of clients in locating and securing the best investment outcomes in growth locations across the country. His knowledge and passion for property investment is a true value add for his clients.

Peter started in the real estate business in Western Australia in 1990 with Ray White and later moved into the finance industry for which he carved out a very successful career as a finance broker. Then in 2002 whilst the banks were making major changes to its policies he decided to go back into real estate and concentrated solely on the investment property market. During this period Peter successfully helped on average 20 clients per month into the investment property market. Due to this success he was promoted to National Sales Manager and was able to concentrate on helping clients Australia wide. Peter enjoys showing people how simple it is to invest providing it is done the correct way and he is always surprised as to the how many clients he consults that have missed the simple things that makes Investing in property a breeze.
